The hotel was fairly clean with satisfactory breakfasts. The room was very quiet, comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiled, it was nice to have a bidet. Everything met the purpose, had a wonderful stay on a business trip.

Everything was perfect, nothing too much trouble, I do recommend it. Fairly clean place, staff was helpful. The location was beautiful outside of the downtown area. Comforts of twin room were fabulous - a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and television. The big bathroom was the best.

the room was cool & airy, there was a comfy bed. the breakfast was good with local touches, good local products plus the cheese, exceptional service.

The B&B exceeded our expectations with its well-appointed and comfortable rooms. The spaciousness of our room and bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast spread was spectacular, with a delicious variety of cold cuts, cheese, cakes, and pastries. The location was also convenient, just a short drive away from the heart of the city. Safe car parking at the property was a great advantage, making our stay worry-free.

There was really nothing to dislike about our stay at this B&B. If I had to nitpick, I would mention that it is slightly outside the city, but the short drive to Modena is well worth it for the peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

We had airy and big room with smoke detectors. Its location was stunning, so close to Masserati factory as well as the center.

Our host Paolo was a total legend, going above and beyond to make our stay mind-blowingly awesome! From his epic restaurant recommendations to driving us to the balsamic heaven, he made our gastronomic trip jaw-droppingly memorable. The place was spick and span, with breakfast fit for gods from Emilia Romagna with maximum yum factor. The rooms were spacious and the tranquility was sublime.

I had a wonderfully relaxing and spacious room with comfortable beds, and the location was stunning, being right next to a beautiful garden.

We got excellent value for our money at B&B Le Noci Di Feo. The room was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views. The location was convenient, with a nice restaurant nearby. The best part was Paolo, the owner, who was incredibly gracious, passionate, and helpful throughout our stay. He recommended fantastic tours and made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
